Honestly if this interests you get his book. Its quite good even though I think he makes some mistakes in his characterizations of Mises. I imagine you feel about Popper as I do about Mises. Mises would laugh at calling our current times lead by global free markets with not enough regulation.
Still, I think the story he tells is clear enough as an explanation as to why we are seeing a rise in both populism on the left and right and nationalism. I have nit picked with Reno but I have been thinking about his book every month since I read it earlier this year.
Its the one book I recommend people read that are concerned about nationalism and / or Trump. Not aware that any of them have taken me up on this though. It seems it is easier to listen to the same ole yarns told by your comfortable voices that fail to offer any reason other than madness and stupidity.
