I don't think this is scandalous at all. The only thing I'm getting from it is that someone is preparing for a hypothetical scenario. You can't conclude it's going to happen, and if a hardfork does, it's not a new thing. In the end, whichever one people decide to follow is the one that's going to prosper. I'll admit it might be a bumpy phase for a bit.
In the chat you can see she says "you are considering...". The title says "Plans". Seems fair to call this planning and considering. Also, that's fine IMO that he's doing this. Don't think L0la is out of line here. I'm also not worried about this as you say. Anyone can make a fork. Its not a new thing. Conversations are important including theoretical ones. Its hard to have some in public, but the part about the lawyers is sus.
I really don't have a side in this dumb pissing contest. Its getting very tiresome. I'm sure it is turning some away from being involved in bitcoin as the blocksize wars did.
