Last time I renewed my DL in Alaska, I was able to get a non-realID license option, but it wasn't required to fly at the time. I prefer to use my passport as ID while keeping my license as just a license.

Now that it is required to fly, I'm worried that option won't exist anymore, but I haven't asked.
