That's a classic government move, they try to fix one problem and just end up creating more. Don't the people advising them tell them how easy it is to get around this?

It's easy to get around of course. But it's annoying.
I don't care about football, I don't care about copyright, yet from time to time I need to wonder if there's a match causing a website not to load or if it's something else.

The affected websites should take them to court. If this was in the States, they'd have been sued already.
