It's hard giving up tenure...
And that's why it is even harder to change the profession.

Yeah, that's not possible for me.
Also, it motivates me even more to be the change i want to see in the profession.

The solution I'm gravitating towards is to leave the profession entirely. I get that might not be for everyone, though.
