Finished the September Workit challenge. I really hope they get the problems worked out with that app. It's such a cool idea.
How did you all do today?
Almost 7 hours of sleep today. Just woke up and saw your post. It's a bit late in the morning, still it feels great.
I try to prioritize sleep but the kid and the dog keep me from getting as high quality of sleep as I'd like.
My dogs are never a issue because they stay outside in the garden at nights. My daughter is also sleeping more now, maybe because she has just started to walk a bit. Also if she doesn't sleeps in day time, she does it at night, and everyone's happy haha
Biking sounds like major progress
Nice work! Yeah I did the challenge too! Ran a 10k, push ups, planks, ate clean. Tons of fluids as I’m doing remodeling work.
