By the way, I was considering to run a "pick 'em" bounty (just 1000 sats to begin) linked to the Europa League, which is tier 2 competition in European Football. My team, Real Betis, plays this contest this year. It would be similar to your pick 'em. Stackers should provide matches outcome (either team A or B wins or draw) and a tiebreaker.
Format in Europa League is similar to Champions league, with a group phase, where teams play 8 matches, followed by knockout stage that will lead to the final in May.
Europa League matches are on Thursdays (apart from the next week that will be on Wednesday and Thursday) so that it will not concur with yours. Let me know your thoughts and if you would be happy that I go ahead with it.
My team, Real Betis, plays this contest this year.

Yeah, I agree. This sort of things may look ok in paper though in reality it's a lot different. Anyway, we may agree that Aston Villa is definitely one of the main favorites. I would include within a short distance Lille, Porto and Feyenoord. Real Betis should be in quarter finals and then, it will depend on injuries, fitness and so on.

Do you want to run it as a pick 'em or similar to the UEFA contest where player accumulate points for correct picks. I am creating a "football madness" type of contest in the app that will allow you to host these kinds of contests.
Pick 'em is straight forward. We already have a Random sports pick 'em in the app so I can just create a football pick 'em where players can select draw as well.
I will set both up in the app and you can decide which format you want to use for Europa.

Regarding the UEFA Europa League contest, I am happy to run it as a pick 'em weekly so there is no need to accumulate points.
