I feel like such an old man. After bitcoin brunch I attended a bitcoin security workshop and panel by local company BitMiami. I woke up this morning feeling beat up. Mondays are my worst days, like for so many people with more normal day jobs.

Is Blue Wallet’s Lightning custodial? Are there any non-custodial Lightning wallets?
With most lightning wallets you get something in between - semi-custodial?. The provider can't send your sats to someone without your permission/signature, but they can "disappear", which can lock your funds for a while.
Check out https://github.com/nbd-wtf/obw or Muun. Muun supports lightning and has a great UX and fixed 0.2% fee - so it's great for small amount payments.

It is custodial by default, unless you configure it to use your own node/lndhub install.
Outside of running your own node and using Zeus wallet for node access and lightning transactions ; my non custodial wallet of choice is Blixt Wallet:
