so is it over? what's the breakthrough? hard to tell from a clickbait title like that if it's worth watching...
the breakthrough was they have hit yield similar to the other fabs on the 4mm process so they are dialed in and are now scaling even more
I knew that about the complications of running a fab, but is she optimistic or pessimistic about US's semiconductor manufacturing capability?
I think optimistic but i was only like 3/4 of the way through it when i left for work
yeah that's what i'm most interested in, coz I heard that TSM had trouble getting US based plants up and running because of all these issues.
