Did he say more than the MAGA mob is trying to capitalize on the murder? I mean... if that was it... that's not hateful to me. That's an opinion. Its not disrespectful to Kirk either. He's also not wrong on a certain level. I think plenty of people are capitalizing on it.

The issue to me is this. Dude, what is this show even about? Who wants to watch this anymore. He's not bright enough to do political comedy. And what he's doing isn't funny. Its at best applause comedy. You have to think that ABC has been considering dropping this show for a while now based on the dropping ratings of these late night shows.

I don't care enough to go down the rabbit hole but you have to know that many admins have called their connections in media to put pressure on them for what they broadcasted. Pretty sure I have read about this in the past. If a major affiliate says they are gonna drop your show you listen to them. Hard for me to be shocked or outraged. Its not like we've had decades of by the book admins that would never put pressure on the media for their content. I just don't buy it. Sure, Trumps admin would do it. I think they might do much more. I don't think that is the place of government but I'm not naive. I feel like most of Trump critics (everyday people) are incredibly naive. At least the ones I talk to. Its like they are clueless to how the world works. They have failed to see how crooked the world has been for a long time. Its as if it was all fine till Trump rolled into town.
