Probably. This is California after all.
I'm just wondering how we rein it all in. We probably can't and the market is gonna have to do it for us

Are you seeing declining enrollment? Ultimately, that's what reins it in.

Yes, and you can see these departments becoming more territorial over what constitutes GE credit for "diversity" related GE requirements.
