I want to also say... I can't speak to what you should do. I don't know any of you. Even if I did... it is up to you. I'm not in your head. But I thought I would share as others have shared in the past and it helped me see some areas for change in myself.

Great point! It so darn easy to get consumed in other people's drama (often very interesting and exciting and potentially impactful), but it is almost always distracting.
