Doesn't that resonate! I keep getting to the end of the day and not having done my run. How do you force yourself to prioritize it? Just will power or you got tricks?

I try not to let it get to the end of my day

I try so the FIRST break I have from meetings I go run. Even if that gap is immediately after lunch.

I tell myself my workout is the most importany meeting of the day

If I miss a meeting so be it!

Sometimes I miss the run tho. Hope it’s rare!
