I assume with this you want to imply @benwehrman is courageous to believe in a flat earth:

Looking up the definition of courage:

the ability to do something that frightens one; bravery.

Believing in a flat earth is not courageous, because they have nothing to be frightened of (except maybe getting laughed out the room), it is delusional.

Or do you think @benwehrman is frightened when he confidently talks about globetards?
