You might be familiar with the book Zero to One by Peter Thiel where he argues that the most valuable companies go from zero to one, creating something entirely new rather than making incremental improvements on existing products (going from 1 to N). 

"How do you we go from zero to one?"

What do you mean, as in, getting off zero?
