I was mining a bit during 2013-2014 anx those times the GHash pool used merged mining with NMC.
So I got some namecoins automaticaly. And i start using them fot some .bit domains.
Was fun and interesting. But the nmc waa hacked or something like that and thr whole project imploded.
So I always remained a bitcoin maxi, never attracted by any shitcoin.

During the bch fork I swap instantly all bch for btc. I didn't wait any moment with that trash.

Never did the so called trading. I only mined, bought, esrned btc and hodl snd spend.
