I did hear something about first qb since Cam Newton to score a rushing tuddy in their debut game.
It was a rough start but he played great when it mattered most so that’s a really good sign and amazing job by Flores adjusting to what the Bears were doing on offense and really shutting them down in the second half besides the late desperation time TD.
Caleb Williams had some good moments but Ben Johnson already looked frustrated with him. Something slightly off with that guy. So much talent but can’t seem to put it together.
Yeah i caught up today. KOCs play calling in the 1st half was poor. But credit to the guy to make adjustments and not just stubbornly stick to what wasn't working. Flores adjusted aswell and the D looked way better.
It was kinda weird, Ben Johnson and Aaron Glen looked almost bad without the lions and the lions looked bad without Ben Johnson and Aaron Glen. I'm sure they'll figure it.
Takes time. I am sure Ben Johnson will be just fine with the Bears. Gotta question that QB though. Still young and so much upside but something off with him.
One thing I really liked about JJ coming out was the same thing I liked about Burrow coming out and didn’t like about Lawrence. He was stone cold in the biggest games and found a way to win. Not saying he is Burrow but I think they are unflappable in a similar way.
The more I read about JJM and the quotes from team mates... The more I love this dude. He's so easy to root for.
I think Caleb has some real issues, he may not be good. At least not in the NFL.

That was not a good game imho. Both QBs look like rookies and made tons of dumb calls. I was expecting Bears to win because of Ben Johnson, but Vikes woke up at last and put 3 scores in the forth quarter. Good for Vikes, there is a hope...lol Chicago will be fuming this morning, "get ya popcorn ready" :-) BTW, I think the new kick-off rule is working, we see more action from that methinks.
It was a rough start for the Vikings but Flores adjusted on D and the offense found its rhythm in the 4th. I think JJ looked a lot better when they were down and took the reins off him a bit. Maybe they were too conservative early.

What a difference in how the Vikings D looked when they actually got a break because the offense had a long drive.
