  2. Is this the origin of the term shitposting? I always assumed it was because one is posting kind of crappy, low value or trolly posts. However, shitposting meaning posting while shitting and one has nothing else to do is interesting.

  1. Same. It’s part of my morning routine. If I don’t expel substances from my body, I would feel queasy all over.
  2. I think shitposting as a manifestation of trolling is the origin, as you pointed out! I got this alternative meaning of shitposting from my days of farming for moons at r/cryotocurrency. They used to say, my boss makes a dollar I make a dime, so I shitpost (literally) during company time. Haha
