Haha I just said the same thing. It's a tough spot because Farrell is good in the run game but doesn't help much in the pass game. They could go with Tongues but he isn't a very good blocker.
They were moving the ball well with the running and short pass game. That was a killer. Bad decision.

Fortunately they have a good blocking TE now with Farrell so that should help in the run game but it will definitely hurt in the pass game. They are already really thin at WR with Aiyuk hurt. Robinson suspended and Jennings with only 1 weeks of practice.
Let's see how the second half plays out. Other than Stout, I am pretty pleased with how the young guys have played. The OLine is getting worked over but I expected that with how good the Seahawks DLine is and how good of a scheme MacDonald runs.
We're into the 4th quarter of game one and I don't hate the Jets quarterback yet. Its a strange feeling.

Honestly... I think you could make an arguement for either. Which is probably quite damning on the cards seeing as the saints are in effectively a rebuild.
The only saving grace is it’s week 1 weirdness, NO is a tough away game environment, and the offense showed flashes.
