They'll sign up with a bunch of throwaway email addresses for smaller amounts too - 100 sats even.

Can you add a rule to these referrals?
The sats they receive from invite, could be used only to post or tip.
They cannot be withdraw directly, only after they do x posts/comments.
In this way we can be sure they are not milking.
