I was not a fan of making Slater the highest paid offensive lineman

He is a very good, not great, tackle who has not demonstrated durability

My friend calls him the offense version of Joey Bosa, same friend also said we drafted the wrong Bosa

So hard to find good tackles though so if you have one you should try to keep them.

Agree but...

  • Slater is injury prone
  • give him a raise but no need to make him the highest paid
  • franchise tag
  • trade him to NFC west

I think he is a better run blocker than pass blocker

Herbert was sacked once on Friday on a corner blitz he didn't see

I don't think Slater was missed last night except for running the ball possibly
