Well when he was in college he was street racing and two people died because of it. So there is that.

How can they allow such a person to even play in professional sports? I'm sure no cricketer will be allowed with such a history, not these days at least. And if anyone spit or get physical in Cricket, they can be sure to get many months ban if not years.
I saw a brawl happen in Hockey, now I see it in Football, Cricket is definitely a gentlemen's game where you can run your mouth, make gestures but not get physical.
There was one incident in IPL when one bowler slapped another after the match and he was banned for the season without asking for explanation.
