Eight years after breaking every record with an $800, 7,541-piece Star Wars Millennium Falcon, the Lego Group is introducing its first $1,000 set.
It’s an intricately detailed Death Star nearly two feet tall (52.3cm), a foot and a half wide (48cm) and over a foot (38.3cm) deep, with enough compartments to re-enact nearly every iconic Death Star scene from Star Wars and Return of the Jedi.
That’s pretty cool but I don’t think I would spend 1k on lego.
Show it to Gray and Ruby, your mind will be changed. haha.
My son has a bunch of Super Mario Lego and my daughter has some of the small sets of Lego Friends. I like Lego but I don’t have the patience for an 8000 piece set.
Looks very tempting. But 1,000,000 sats, man...
I've heard Legos are investment products, so maybe. But yeah I won't give away 1 million sats for a toy, be it whatever
And it only is investment if you leave it in the box which defeats the cool factor
I don't know if it's only considered investment when not unboxed. I thought you can use it and it still be.
That's pretty cool. Price tag is tough though. Even if you consider a Lego a collectible, I don't know how to justify spending that kind of money.
Yupp, Price is tough but the piece deserve this range if we compare it to the other top Legos.
