As someone that thinks Core is right, Knots has much of the small block/pleb energy. Although, Core imo has none of the arrogance of big blockers. I bet many folks in Core would support a soft fork enforcing an OP_RETURN limit. They are just competent enough to realize relay policy is not the place to enforce such limits.

Is Core the big blockers and Knots the small blockers, or is it the other way around?
Or is this not a good analogy at all?
