I would recommend the Thursday night and Sunday Night game each week. These games appear to be on broadcast television (so easy to watch) or amazon prime mostly.

For week 1 the games would be:
Thursday 4 September - Dallas V Philly
Sunday 7 September - Ravens vs BiIls
For week 2 the games would be:
Thursday 11 September - Commander V Packers
Sunday 7 September - Falcon vs Vikings
