I'm going to focus on better sleep tonight and will probably be back to OMAD tomorrow. The hang went better today and gave me something to build on.
What do you need to keep working on?
Did some light dumbbell work today and played bocce ball in the sun. Bocce isn’t very physically intensive but good to get out and get some sunshine
