Conduit is a mission-driven startup at the intersection of Bitcoin, Nostr, and decentralized commerce. We’re building tools that empower merchants and shoppers to transact freely across open protocols, without gatekeepers.
We’re looking for a Frontend Engineer with a sharp eye for detail who can bring our world-class designs to life. You’ll be the bridge between concept and product... turning Figma screens into polished, responsive, and performant experiences.
What we need from you:
- Strong skills in modern frontend frameworks (React/Vite/TypeScript preferred)
- Obsessive attention to detail and a high bar for magical user experiences
- Comfort working in a lean startup environment
- Familiarity with working as part of an engineering team
- Comfort writing and maintaining frontend e2e + unit tests
- Experience with CI/CD pipeline deployment
- Ability to leverage LLM assisted development tools WITHOUT losing quality or ownership of delivered code (pre-AI coding experience preferred)
- Interest in Bitcoin, Nostr, and open protocols (or curiosity to learn)
- Commitment of 10 hours per week until funding, and willingness to move into a full time role after our seed round is closed
