On coinos.io you can swap lightning to on-chain for 0.4% platform fee plus transaction fee (which is dynamically suggested, wait until mempool isn't full).
On RoboSats you can use 'I want to: Swap-Out', but there aren't always offers for as little as 100k sats, and fees can be quite high (like 1.6%). I think the other party covers the transaction fee.
Boltz takes 0.5% platform fee plus a rather exorbitant transaction fee (at times).
I didn't realize you're able to swap out from Coinos to onchain for cold storage. How is that different from using Boltz?
