We will register our own baby, on our own paperwork, however we must additionally request slave papers for travel purposes as we don't have a boat or private plane.

Any travel company is offering you a commercial contract that you are not forced to accept it. But by going to request a license to travel you instantly CONSENT their contract. Everything in this world is based on commercial contracts (read more about UCC). Why do you need to travel "internationally" ? Practically even when you go outside your home, you are literally "traveling international".... According to Montevideo Convention (1933) you are your own country's (your own body) ambassador wherever you go.

We agree with you, however the slaves do not believe it, and they don't get it, and we do not have the time - on this, already tricky trip - to try to convince them, sorry

We will create a fictional, dead entity (slave name) for travel purposes. We don't have an army, nor the time / resources to fight the good fight to which you are referring.
