I started meditating back in 2018.
I slowed down, listened to my body, and gave it what it actually needed:
Consistent exercise 💪🏼
Proper sleep 😴
Cutting out the weekend alcohol that was draining me 🍺✖️
Since then, I’ve been taking more aligned action and chasing my goals with consistency instead of self-sabotage.
Your battery isn’t infinite.
Slow down.
Recharge.
Listen to your body.
And take the steps that will actually improve your life long term.
