Fasting is such a great habit. Even on days when you don’t fast, being accustomed to eating less often reduces your hunger and limits how much you eat.
Thanks. I've never ever given it much importance as being in sports required me some extra calories, as they said. But now at this age, and inspired from you, I'm learning and enjoying it. It seems to as a direct result that I feel more energetic when fasting and not working physically. When I've eaten my body either wants to lay down or move briskly.
BTW broken the fast just now with two choco cookies and a cup of tea.
