There’s a non-zero chance he can be revived in some shape or form. But I strongly believe he won’t admit he is Satoshi, even if he is Satoshi or a part of the group behind Satoshi pseudonym.
Plus it is unlikely that Hal was Satoshi. Jameson Lopp put together a comprehensive case against it here.
That said I’d love to see Hal back with us, visit a couple of his lectures.

This is gonna be a real sci-fi movie, if he comes back to live in 2140 and reveals that he is Satoshi, the richest man on earth:)
