13km run at night. 17203 steps today. I haven't been doing my push ups lately. Need to get back into the habit of doing that every day.

So I ended up knocking out 150 pushups and going on that 5k run (Didnt knock out the ab workout). The pushups were pretty rough and i had more time in between the first hundred and the next 50 than what I would have liked. Didnt have a good time with them today, was rougher than before, but I guess it is what it is. The run was a bit rough as well, not sure if I'll focus on strength without the running tomorrow (Will still probably run).
Tomorrow (Today) I'll focus on bicep stuff, I have a kettle bell and the only workout I feel like I do decent with them are curls, I think 50 curls with the 25 kettle bell on each arm might do the trick. Could do the thing where I hold it in front of me, or some sort of awkward kettle bell workout i'm not used to.
Had a lot of protein today, but kind of lacked on actual food. Tomorrow will be salmon and steak. I switched to 5grams of creatine and I think its way too much, I'll be taking that to 2.5 and drinking more water to see if thatll do the trick.

Ate healthy today but it was cold and rainy so didn’t get many steps in. Need to swing around a kettle bell or something before the day ends.
