I'm trying to boost my steps a little, because there's a Sound HSA steps challenge for 10k sats. Today was fine, but I can't really drop below this pace.
Did you stay on track today?
Ran a 5k at 8:46 pace today, no pushups, no sit ups. But was feeling a bit sore from the pushups yesterday (No excuse for not doing the sit ups)
Should probably drink a protein shake before I head to sleep tonight
Wanted to wake up early today.....failed terribly. Hit the alarm 4 times.
Running is a way easier of a hobby for me to maintain. I really want to incorporate some strength training and definetly need to increase my caloric intake.
I'll probably want to go on a run tomorrow after work.
I'll hold myself to 150 pushups, 100 sit ups and a 5k. 2 protein shakes and 2.5 grams of creatine.
Maybe you can use the running as a reward for doing the pushups: set of 50, then run a bit, another 50, run some more, etc.
Thankfully and finally got some sleep after 3 consecutive sleepless nights. But it feels like I need so much more of that.
Now fasting for 13 hours, planning barefoot steps but it's also raining, my body definitely needs a good round of stretching.
Eventually, the stars will align and you'll get some nice uninterrupted sleep.
