Assuming this is a "hosted channel" (custodial) LN wallet (which is the default, with Blue Wallet), and also assuming that you do not run an LN node, then you would need to use another tool to do some type of "swap".

There are third party services that will help you do this (e.g., FixedFloat.com), as described in Darthcoin's guide for Submarine Swaps.

Wallet Of Satoshi (WoS) app is among the easiest methods allowing you to deposit via LN, and then withdraw to any bitcoin address. But that's a custodial service. There is no KYC requirement, but using them does not maintain your financial privacy. Same with CoinOS.io and most of the other services that offer swaps (e.g., Fixed Float). Some cannot be used withing the U.S. (e.g., FixedFloat), while WoS and CoinOS can.
