I got pretty lucky that there is an atm "close by". (It's not really close, but 3 and a half hours each way isn't bad once a month). It only needs a phone number and accepts a phone number from sms4sats.com.

I've just been told that there are a couple of ATM withing walking distance. I'll try to get to them and check them out during my daily walks. Although that person told me that they believe you need yo use your ID or driving license to use them, so they probably KYC you?

I don't have a lot of experience with ATM, I only used one once, and they closed the place shortly after, so I had no time to use it anymore. I guess I need to find out if there are any other nearby. Of course, with the price of fuel and transportation, a three and a half hour drive would kill any chances to take advantage of one for me.
