I actually do that, but I can't buy everything I need with just bitcoin, I still need to interact with fiat on a daily basis. I'm still waiting for the day when lightning payments will be available at most merchants, but until then, I have to use a custodial fiat-crypto bridge and use the visa network which kinda sucks.
