Yesterday it was shared that SN has added a referral program:
SN release: stack sats by referring new stackers
#109609
This will be a great way to earn passive income (in sats!!) from those who use your referral link and then become content contributors (as you earn from the amounts Tipped to their content, and from amounts when they Boost their own posts).
For anyone unaware, there is a Twitter feed that shares the Posts on SN that make it to SN's "front page": https://twitter.com/StackerNewsFeed
This has been operated by me since January as an "unofficial" feed -- as I am not affiliated with Stacker News (other than being a fan and frequent user).
With this referral program there is now a potential income stream as the link in the Twitter feed can be monetized with a referral code.
To help offset costs for operating the [unofficial] @StackerNewsFeed feeds (on Twitter and Mastodon / Fediverse), I am going to be leasing out the link on the Twitter Feed. What this means is that you now have the opportunity to have your SN nym be the one used as the referral for the link in the Tweets from @StackerNewsFeed. Your SN account will be the one that receives the income when those links are used and referral income occurs.
This Twitter account's analytics have been showing solid numbers as well as decent growth, month-over-month, as evidenced in the November results that I shared a few weeks ago.
Here's the Analytics for the past 28 days:

If you'ld like to lease the referral link for the Tweets on @StackerNewsFeed, send an e-mail to StackerNewsFeed@Proton.me with your offer (in sats only). I will consider offers for either a monthly (January) or a quarterly (1Q 2023) lease, and will throw in the remaining days of December after having decided which offer to accept.
The @nym for the referral can be one you create just for this referral program, or it can be your existing SN @nym -- your choice.
If there are any questions or comments, feel free to reply here, or to send them via e-mail.
