What is interesting is the weekly announcement posts on Mastodon have been occurring before the Tweets on Twitter occur, consistently.
In other words, whomever is posting these for Bitcoin Optech is #Fedi first. Mastodon / Fediverse is gaining mindshare from Twitter.
