Your grip strength might be the #1 predictor of how long you live…
Most people overlook grip strength, but research shows it’s directly linked to longevity, overall strength, and quality of life.
Carrying 45 lb plates around the gym or simply hanging from a pull-up bar (dead hangs) builds grip strength fast.
The stronger your grip → the stronger your body → the longer your independence lasts.
Start adding grip training to your routine today. Don’t let weak hands hold back your health. 💪🏼

What an odd correlation

You think so? I think it makes sense.
Someone with a stronger grip is more likely to have more muscle mass and to engage in activities that increase strength which is healthy.

I get that there would be a correlation, for all the reasons you mention, but that it's stronger than others is odd to me.
I wonder if there's something here like people who cook more or garden have stronger grips, so it's picking up some difference in food intake as well.
