Yesterday, I wrote about getting a written warning. It hit me hard because it could be one of my most damaging career setbacks.

On the other side of the coin, I was once nominated as Most Inspiring Teacher by the school leaders and teachers of another primary school. Guess such an accolade won’t happen anytime soon in this workplace?
