Today was pretty mid. I can do better tomorrow with fewer snacks and more activity.

I admire you, brother, even though it may seem like a mediocre day to you, I wish I had that willpower to at least take that cold shower.....!!
I actually cheated on that a bit today. It was cold initially but then I warmed it up.
Unless I’ve just been out in the sun, cold showers are really tough.
Once you get used to taking hot showers, going back to cold ones is very difficult, at least for me.
Oddly enough, I now find hot showers uncomfortable too.
The cold is almost over, let's see when summer starts, if I dare to start taking cold showers again at least.
No good sleep in last 2 nights. My daughter wokes up at around two both times, came suggesting sge wants to have daddy walk for 3 hours in the backyard where she can watch many different colourful insets that fly under the lights and on the walls, there are many many lizards running here and there catching tiny insects.
She just loves this as if it was a game..
I'm also loving, enjoying this nature love of her but 3 hours were a bit too much.
I remember that feeling well.
If my mid days looked like this, I would be shredded by now
