I started with my mobility and stretching warm-up to get my body prepped.
Before we got into the flow, I had the chance to watch another guyβs advanced calisthenics skills β the strength and grace was inspiring.
Then Kelly, an experienced acro yoga practitioner, guided me through the basics.
This was a reminder that confidence comes from trying new things and building skill step by step.
