Lot's of activity today, but I can do a lot better on the eating front.

Did you hit your ~HealthAndFitness goals today?

Yesterday was near prefect besides the burrito and boba tea I had which loaded me up with a ton of carbs thus missing my protein goals.

Also I had a 100 calorie bag of popcorn after dinner

But only limited my self to two cookies
