I'm very happy you liked it. John Frusciante is one of my favourite artists ever.
He was/is the guitar player of the Red Hot Chili Peppers, but has a lot of amazing solo works.
The song I shared is from the album The Empyrean which is a masterpiece in my opinion.

ahhh thats where i recognised the name and style, i just couldn't place it. yeah no you say it, i feel silly for not immediately recognising him from RHCP. i'll definitely check out that album.

To be fair, his solo production is quite extravagant and diverse from RHCP.
If you're in the mood of some drone rock, you may also look for his project ATAXIA. They only have two albums and they are not easy to digest, but there are days in wnich they fit perfectly.
