If you can't send funds to Ghana because your Wise account no longer lets you, then sending using bitcoin through one of the many methods (e.g., Bitnob), is a great alternative.
Those in the U.S. can use Strike's Send Globally, to send directly to the Ghanian's mobile money phone number (MTN or Vodafone).
