Good day. Helped my parents move some stuff to get ready to have some rooms in their house painted. Played with the kids outside. Got lots of steps in and ate pretty healthy. I haven't eaten ice cream yet and dammit I am not going to because I ate some the past two nights. Why did my wife do this to me? Haha

Stuck with OMAD and got good sleep last night, but struggling to create new habits.

Habit formation is mostly just repetition and giving everything else time to adjust.

Went for a 3km walk with wife. Then went for a 8km run after the walk. I've been eating plain yogurt plus beef jerky as my post run night snack lately. 22916 steps today.
