sigint = signals intelligence, gleaning information over comms channels
thinclient = "a computer that uses resources housed inside a central server"
when you use one of these you're not using a device you own, it's like a company issued computer at your work with full telemetry... only you're not an employee you're just funneling information up to the IC apparatus that controls these state-scale enterprises
