I stayed up too late reading and ate too many cookies. The nice thing about cultivating extreme habits, though, is that when you fall short of just eating a single meal you still end up with an 18 hour fast.

When’s your favorite time to run?

I enjoy running early in the morning, but I also start work early in the morning. So I usually end up going late at night on weekdays. I only get to do early morning runs on Sundays.
