At what point do you replace your hardware wallet by a newer one?
Hardware eventually dies and Software support vanishes.
What criteria do you apply in your setup? What are the oldest devices out there still in use by you?

Probaby when it stops working. I have some old Ledger Nano S's (which I stopped using years ago) that the display screen has become very faint.
I have a Jade and a Coldcard still going strong. I'd like to test out some other HWW like the Coldcard Q, Bitbox, Frostsnap or Bitkey. I probably won't buy one of these until something breaks in what I have.
